this integration allows you to connect wazzap with openai so text messages can be converted into whatsapp voice notes using openai’s text to speech models requirements you must have an openai account sign up here https //platform openai com/signup https //platform openai com/signup generate an api key from your openai dashboard manage keys here https //platform openai com/account/usage https //platform openai com/account/usage review the openai tts documentation docs https //platform openai com/docs/guides/text to speech https //platform openai com/docs/guides/text to speech add credits to your openai account it is recommended to add at least $10 usd to ensure smooth usage and avoid interruptions without credits, the tts service will not process requests connecting wazzap to openai go to your wazzap subaccount panel navigate to general settings → voice in the processor dropdown, select openai paste your openai api key in the corresponding field (optional) enable send transcription docid\ joatbvmc9wezy2bkqjtov if you want a text copy of each voice note click save voice to confirm your integration a confirmation message will appear “openai voice successfully connected!” testing the integration from your crm conversations tab (e g , highlevel), send the following command #voice| hello, how are you?
