Message Commands
Switch numbers
7 min
you can send whatsapp messages from different numbers configured in your wazzap account using the switch command command syntax example how it works \#switch → defines that the command will change the sender number prioritynumber → indicates which whatsapp number (by priority) will be used for sending the following messages numbers are assigned priorities in your wazzap settings (e g , 1 = admin, 2 = sales, etc ) once executed, all subsequent messages will be sent from the selected number to switch back, simply send another #switch|\<prioritynumber> command ⚠️ important you must wait at least 0 3 minutes after sending the command for it to take effect result after #switch|2, all following messages (text, images, files, etc ) will be sent using number 2 if you switch back with #switch|1, all messages will continue from number 1 ⚠️ important if the client replies to a specific number, the system automatically locks future replies to that number unless you manually switch again ⚠️ important notes a minimum wait of 0 3 minutes is required before the switch becomes active all subsequent messages will follow the last active switch command particularly useful for sending a chain of messages or attachments from a specific number this command must be sent from your crm integration conversations tab (e g , highlevel), not from the whatsapp mobile app
