This integration allows you to connect Wazzap with ElevenLabs so text messages can be converted into WhatsApp voice notes using ElevenLabs’ natural voices or custom voices.

ElevenLabs ApiKey

Requirements

You must have an ElevenLabs account.

Generate an API Key from your ElevenLabs dashboard.

Manage keys here: https://elevenlabs.io/app/settings/api-keys

Ensure your account has active credits.

It is recommended to add at least $10 USD to ensure smooth usage and avoid interruptions.

Without credits, the voice service will not process requests.

Connecting Wazzap to ElevenLabs

Go to your Wazzap SubAccount Panel.

Navigate to Settings → General.

Paste your ElevenLabs API Key in the corresponding field.

In Settings select the default voice for sending audios.

Click Fetch voices to load your available ElevenLabs voices.

Select a default voice (e.g., Dorothy (premade), Shimmer, or a custom voice ID).

Click Save Voice to confirm your integration.

A confirmation message will appear: “ElevenLabs Voice successfully connected!”

Testing the Integration

From your CRM Conversations tab (e.g., HighLevel), send the following command: #voiceAI|EL|shimmer|¡Hola! Soy tu asistente virtual (Learn more about this command here: Voice )

Wazzap will process the text with ElevenLabs TTS.

The recipient will receive a WhatsApp voice note in the selected ElevenLabs voice.

Integration Complete

✅ Your Wazzap account is now integrated with ElevenLabs Voice. You can send high-quality, natural-sounding voice notes directly through WhatsApp, with the option to choose between predefined and custom voices.

⚠️ Important Notes

You must keep your API Key active; expired or deleted keys will break the integration.

Ensure your ElevenLabs account always has sufficient balance (minimum recommended: $10 USD).

ElevenLabs allows voice customization. If you have a custom voice, you can use its Voice ID in the command.

All commands must be sent via the CRM Conversations tab, not the WhatsApp mobile app.
