Spintax
7 min
overview spintax allows you to create dynamic variations in your messages so each recipient receives a slightly different text this helps avoid messages being detected as spam global spintax global spintax is defined directly in wazzap settings under the spintax tab you can configure up to 6 global spintax variables (e g , ${spintax 1}, ${spintax 2}, … ${spintax 6}) once declared in settings, you can use them directly in any message without declaring them again example (global spintax declared in settings) 👉 each user will receive a different variation when the message is sent message level spintax you can also declare spintax inside a single message spintax declared in a message only applies to that message if you send a new message, you must declare the spintax again — it is not stored anywhere you can declare as many spintax variables as you want in one message (a, b, c, … up to z) declaration example in a message usage example in the same message why use spintax? every message appears slightly different for each recipient reduces the chance of messages being flagged as spam provides more natural communication at scale important notes global spintax → declared once in wazzap settings and reusable in all messages message level spintax → declared and used within the same message only; must be redeclared in each new message ⚠️ important just like with other commands, this must be sent from your crm integration conversations tab (e g , highlevel), not directly from the whatsapp mobile app
