The Circle Command allows you to send videos in circle format (round video bubble) instead of the standard square format. This format is commonly used in WhatsApp as a more personal and engaging way to share video messages.
Command Syntax
circle
(sent in the message field, together with the attached video file)
How it works
- Compose a new message in your CRM Conversations tab.
- Attach the video file you want to send.
- In the message field, type only:
- When sent, the video will appear in WhatsApp as a circular video bubble.

Result in WhatsApp:
- The recipient sees the video in circle format (round bubble with play button).
- Video playback works the same as a normal video.
File Requirements
- A video file must be attached to the message.
- If no file is attached, the command will not work.
- File size limits depend on your CRM integration:
- Some CRMs allow files up to 15 MB.
- Others may allow 20 MB or more.
- Always verify your CRM’s documentation for the exact file size and format restrictions.

⚠️ Important Notes
- Only works with videos — images, documents, or audio are not supported.
- The word must be exactly: circle (lowercase, no quotes, no symbols).
- The file must comply with your CRM’s maximum upload size.
- The circle format is purely visual — the video content itself does not change.
