Introduction
This command allows you to send a video with interactive buttons. It is useful for collecting quick responses (e.g., surveys, ratings, or confirmations) while showing audiovisual content.

Command Syntax
#ButtonMix|Title|Subtitle|video*VIDEO_URL|button*Text1*id_1/button*Text2*id_2/button*Text3*id_3
How it works
- #ButtonMix → Defines the message type (multimedia with buttons).
- Title → Main text displayed above the video.
- Subtitle → Secondary text displayed below the title.
- video*VIDEO_URL → Link to the video file in .mp4 format (file size depends on CRM, commonly up to 5 MB).
- button*Textid → Defines each interactive button:
- Text → The label shown on the button.
- id → The unique identifier of the response (must remain consistent for CRM integration).
- You can include 1 to 3 buttons. Adding more than 3 is not recommended, as it may affect clarity and display.

Result
- The user receives a message containing a video, with a title, subtitle, and buttons.
- When clicking a button, the response is recorded with its corresponding ID.
- Your CRM may trigger an automated flow, such as:
- Saving the response in the database.
- Sending a thank-you message.
- Alerting the support team if the rating is low.

⚠️ Important Notes
- The video must be in .mp4 format. Maximum file size depends on your CRM (commonly 5 MB).
- Button IDs must be unique and consistent across the system.
- Keep button texts short and clear.
- Do not add more than 3 buttons to avoid display issues.
