you can send a voice message generated from text through a specific whatsapp number ⚠️ before using this command, you must integrate a text to speech (tts) provider wazzap supports openai integration docid\ h4ke4uithbv0fusuwfagp elevenlabs integration docid\ uppng15c1imyihap1ec8w without one of these integrations active, the text will not be converted into an audio message command syntax example how it works \#switch voice → defines that the command will generate and send a voice note prioritynumber → indicates which whatsapp number (by priority) will send the voice message message → the text that will be converted into a voice message using your selected tts integration the system sends the text to the active tts provider (openai or elevenlabs) the provider converts the text into audio wazzap sends the audio file (voice note) to the recipient from the chosen number result the recipient receives a voice message (audio file) saying “hello, how are you?” from number 2 ⚠️ important notes you must first configure either openai or elevenlabs in integrations → voice inside wazzap the format of the voice depends on the chosen provider (openai standard vs elevenlabs natural voices) useful for automations where you want to simulate personalized audio replies processing time depends on the provider and message length this command must be sent from your crm integration conversations tab (e g , highlevel), not from the whatsapp mobile app once your tts provider is connected, the switch voice command allows you to seamlessly send natural sounding audio messages from any of your wazzap numbers
