### Introduction

This command allows you to send a video with interactive buttons. It is useful for collecting quick responses (e.g., surveys, ratings, or confirmations) while showing audiovisual content.

### Command Syntax

### How it works

1. **#ButtonMix** → Defines the message type (multimedia with buttons).
2. **Title** → Main text displayed above the video.
3. **Subtitle** → Secondary text displayed below the title.
4. **video\*VIDEO\_URL** → Link to the video file in .mp4 format (file size depends on CRM, commonly up to 5 MB).
5. **button\*T*ext*id** → Defines each interactive button:
   - Text → The label shown on the button.
   - id → The unique identifier of the response (must remain consistent for CRM integration).
6. You can include **1 to 3 buttons**. Adding more than 3 is not recommended, as it may affect clarity and display.

### Result

1. The user receives a message containing a **video**, with a **title, subtitle, and buttons**.
2. When clicking a button, the response is recorded with its **corresponding ID**.
3. Your CRM may trigger an automated flow, such as:
   - Saving the response in the database.
   - Sending a thank-you message.
   - Alerting the support team if the rating is low.

### ⚠️ Important Notes

1. The video must be in **.mp4** format. Maximum file size depends on your CRM (commonly 5 MB).

2. **Button IDs must be unique and consistent** across the system.
3. Keep button texts **short and clear**.
4. Do not add more than **3 buttons** to avoid display issues.
