You can send a **voice message** generated from text through a specific WhatsApp number.
⚠️ **Before using this command, you must integrate a Text-to-Speech (TTS) provider**. Wazzap supports:

[OpenAI Integration](docId\:H4Ke4UitHbV0FusuwFAgP)

[ElevenLabs Integration](docId\:UpPng15c1ImyIhap1eC8W)

Without one of these integrations active, the text will **not** be converted into an audio message.

### Command Syntax

:::BlockQuote
\#switch\_voice|\<PriorityNumber>|\<Message>
:::

### Example

:::BlockQuote
\#switch\_voice|2|Hello, how are you?
:::

### How it works

1. **#switch\_voice** → Defines that the command will generate and send a voice note.
2. **PriorityNumber** → Indicates which WhatsApp number (by priority) will send the voice message.
3. **Message** → The text that will be converted into a voice message using your selected TTS integration.

- The system sends the text to the active TTS provider (OpenAI or ElevenLabs).
- The provider converts the text into audio.
- Wazzap sends the audio file (voice note) to the recipient from the chosen number.

### Result

- The recipient receives a **voice message** (audio file) saying *“Hello, how are you?”* from **number 2**.

### ⚠️ Important Notes

1. You must first configure either **OpenAI** or **ElevenLabs** in **Integrations → Voice** inside Wazzap.
2. The format of the voice depends on the chosen provider (OpenAI standard vs ElevenLabs natural voices).
3. Useful for automations where you want to simulate personalized audio replies.
4. Processing time depends on the provider and message length.
5. This command must be sent from your CRM integration Conversations tab (e.g., HighLevel), not from the WhatsApp mobile app.

Once your TTS provider is connected, the **Switch Voice Command** allows you to seamlessly send natural-sounding audio messages from any of your Wazzap numbers.
