### Introduction

This command allows you to send an interactive **list menu** with categorized options. It is useful for structured surveys, multi-option selections, or guided responses where the user must choose one item from different sections.

### Command Syntax

:::BlockQuote
\#ListMix|Title|Subtitle|Footer|xxx|Action|Section-1\*Option1\*Description1\*id\_1/Section-1\*Option2\*Description2\*id\_2/Section-2\*Option3\*Description3\*id\_3
:::

### How it works

1. **#ListMix** → Defines the message type as a list with sections and options.
2. **Title** → Main text displayed at the top of the message.
3. **Subtitle** → Secondary text displayed below the title.
4. **Footer** → Text displayed at the bottom of the message.
5. **xxx** → Reserved placeholder (must remain as xxx for compatibility).
6. **Action** → The label shown on the button that opens the list (e.g., *Action*, *Choose Option*).
7. **Section-1, Section-2, …** → Logical groups that organize the options.
8. **Option*Description*id** → Each option inside a section:
   - Option → The visible label in the list.
   - Description → Additional detail shown under the option.
   - id → The unique identifier of the response.

### Example

:::BlockQuote
\#ListMix|Title|Subtitle|Footer|xxx|Action|Section-1\*Good\*Perfect\*id\_good/Section-1\*Bad\*Very Bad\*id\_bad/Section-2\*Terrible\*Crying\*id\_terrible
:::

### Result

1. The user receives a message with a **title, subtitle, footer, and an Action button**.
2. When the user clicks **Action**, a structured list opens with the defined sections and options.
3. The user selects one option, and the system records the response with its **corresponding ID**.
4. The CRM may use this response to:
   - Save it in the database.
   - Trigger an automation flow (e.g., thank-you message, support alert).

### ⚠️ Important Notes

1. **IDs must be unique and consistent** across the system.
2. Keep option texts and descriptions **short and clear** to ensure proper display on all devices.
3. Use sections to **organize multiple choices** logically; avoid more than 10 options per list for better usability.
4. The **placeholder xxx must always be included** as shown in the syntax.
5. Works only on WhatsApp clients that support interactive lists (ensure device compatibility).
