### Introduction

Bulk Messages allow you to send communications at scale to multiple contacts through WhatsApp. This functionality is powerful but must be handled carefully to avoid bans and ensure high deliverability.

Wazzap supports Bulk Messages in combination with CRM integrations (e.g., Highlevel), which provide advanced features such as **Drip Mode**and **Traffic Splitting**.

### Best Practices

4. Respect WhatsApp’s usage policies — while some numbers can handle up to **3,000 messages per day**, there are many factors that influence stability.

### Number Warming

- Start with low volumes and gradually scale.
- Warming is essential for building trust and minimizing the chance of bans.

### Handling Bans

- WhatsApp generally allows recovery after the **first ban**, provided you comply with current policies.
- We have never observed a case where a number was permanently lost after its first ban.
