Follow these steps to create and manage sub-accounts in Wazzap:

### Accessing the Admin Panel

1. Use the **Admin Panel link** provided in your welcome email.
2. Save this link as a **browser favorite** for easy access.
3. Log in with your default password: **admin** (lowercase).

### Creating a Sub-Account

1. Click **Create a Sub-Account**.

2. Enter a **name** for the new sub-account.

3. Choose the **number of phone lines** for this sub-account.

To edit the limit of phone numbers, you must return to the **Admin Panel**.

### Other Admin Panel Options

1. **Change Name and Email** – Update the administrator’s name and the email address associated with the account. 
2. **Change Password** – Modify the account password to maintain security. (Recommended)
3. **Customize Colors** – Adjust the platform’s color scheme to match your brand identity. 
4. [Brand settings](docId\:rH5ZxwKlSdGSuR4u5mwXH) – Manage core brand elements such as logo, brand name, and visual guidelines. 
5. [Manage Subscription](docId:2BPvsekR_Fsi_gqrTwrn9) – View or update your subscription details.
6. **Billing Information** – Review and update billing details, including payment methods and invoicing data.

8. **Theme (Dark Mode)** – Enable or disable the dark theme for the admin panel interface. 
9. **Documentation** – Access our official documentation, user guides, and support resources. 
10. **Subscription Expiration Date **– View the date your subscription remains valid until.
11. **Sign Out** – Securely log out of the admin panel.
