# What is Wazzap.mx?

## Risks of Using Wazzap.mx (Important)

Because Wazzap does **not** use the official WhatsApp API, users should understand the following:

### 1. Temporary Blocks (Most Common Case)

In most cases, **the worst-case scenario is a temporary block of up to 72 hours**.

- The WhatsApp number is **not deleted** 
- The account is usually **fully recoverable** 
- This typically happens when a number is used aggressively without warming 

⚠️ **Important:**
 If the number has **never been banned before**, it is very likely to be recovered by simply **disconnecting and waiting**, then reconnecting and continuing with more caution.

### 2. Permanent Ban (Rare)

Permanent bans are extremely rare and usually occur only when:

- The number has been previously banned multiple times 
- There is clear spam behavior or repeated abuse 

### 3. User Responsibility

We strongly recommend that agencies **inform their clients upfront** about these risks and best practices.
